The heating coaster is not waterproof; please place your mug carefully with your hot drink on the coaster. 

Do Not pour your drink into a mug on the heating coaster.

If you accidentally pour water on the surface, please unplug the power in time, and make sure to clean the surface gently after the power is off.

Keep the product out of reach of children.

Use one-layered glass or ceramic mugs for the best results.

Do Not use the recessed bottom cup, mineral water bottles, adiabatic vacuum cups or cups with thick bottom.

Keep your tea or coffee warm longer and slow down the cooling rate only, but not for increasing temperature or boiling.
